Products / Costa Rica San Marcos Arracache
A fruit forward batch of coffee if I ever had one, the special processing method that they call "white honey" (no fermentation is done, just mechanically de-pulped and dried) retains a stronger sense of the fruited flavor of the coffee cherry. You'll get ripe golden plums, muscat grapes, orange pulp, and a sweet pear finish.Origin
Arracache is located in San Marcos de Tarrazu, at around 1900 meters. All of their beans are milled locally at the Don Oscar micromill, a mill started by two brothers after becoming experts in their trade at their cousin's mill, Don Mayo (a somewhat famous mill in the area).Process
These beans are mechanically washed and dried without fermentation.
